Oh goodie! carpet is in and it smells DELICIOUS! for whatever reason my nose smells new carpet and i think "YUM". Arthur - the carpet guy - blew through the house and finished by 1.30pm. Boom! He even pulled out his shark navigator pro and vacuumed. Hence the lines in the pile. apparently they are the shizzle.
So that i kept out of Arthurs way i planned an outside day, mowing lawns, spraying weeds and having a crack at the gardens around the house. Yesterday on the school trip we spent the day outside in the sun - today i was outside in the sun all day again - am quite sunburnt. ooppss!

ReplyDeleteYour carpet installer did a great job installing your carpet. It looks nice and you made a good choice of color. The chocolate brown shade will help to hide that the tracks that kids, pets, and shoes can leave behind. Hope your feet are enjoying the new carpet and hope that new smell lasts a long time!
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing! Don’t know what it looked like before but that carpet just looks so clean now – and I love those just-cleaned track marks. It’s that look that you get before the kids, dogs and the world and his wife get to walk over it! Honestly my favourite bit - seeing my carpets look that way.

Wow, what a difference! I am a fan of the choice of carpet. Personally, I dislike lighter colors and feel that they get dirty to easily. This color will look great for years to come. Overall a great job, the paint made the house look as good as new, I can tell you`ve put a lot of time into this one. Keep up the good work!
